Effective Current is deliberately small. That means short decision paths, direct answers, and no layer between the person writing the code and the person reading your email.
We verify what we ship. Infrastructure is declarative and reproducible, releases are gated on tests that actually run, and every change is traceable to the commit that made it. Software people depend on should be able to explain itself.
